"Horrible experience. Lack of customer service. Rated poor on professionalism. Place the order arrived hours later, and the order was not made yet. Waited an hour for the order to be made, when I asked how much longer to the order is gonna be ready, was asked in my desperate for the order! The most horrible experience!"
"The absolute WORST! Do y’all not know how to pick up the phone!? It’s very inconsiderate to NOT answer your phones the Day BEFORE Valentine’s Day, when people are trying to check on the status of their orders. It’s crazy when I made my order the employee had no problem immediately picking up her personal phone and making me wait while she took a personal call. Terrible service! Especially for such expensive products."
"Had a last minute gift emergency! Called them and they TOLD me same day pick up would be 2 hours. I received a text 30 minutes later saying my order was READY. Beautifully packed! My friend was WOWED! I'll be using them again, for sure!"
"Inorder a box of Bananas and they where bad , call the store they saod nothing they can do , i ask for manager to call me back and they never did , they aint cheap at all i always prder edible and this has been the worse experience. From quality to costumer service from them. I have a picture from next day i order when i call them and i still have the bananas on me so they dont said im lying. Cuz aparently thats what they try to said. And no i did not eat them they are bad."
"I was very excited to receive my box as it was a surprise from my boyfriend. The delivery man was nice and the fruit was good. However, my flowers weren’t fresh some roses felt as if they were frozen and some of the greenery looked old and some looked new as if they tried to hide the old. Disappointed with the fact that they would even sell this to someone."
