"Ordered on Monday for a Thursday 2/15 delivery. Asked for the order to be delivered before 2pm was told to call the day of to make the request. Called starting at 9:15am no answer, had a few other people call no answer for several hours, finally received a call back after leaving a message with corporate. To let me know the order was otw and would be delivered before 2pm ( it was not). Driver arrived an hour late and the recipient had already left for the day, flowers looked dead, balloons poorly inflated, strawberry barely dipped in the white chocolate, they were sour and cheesecakes falling apart from being in the heat. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Edible."
"Refuse to answer the phone. Delivered the entirely wrong order. I received an order for a completely different person and a completely different address. I’ve never seen such incompetence from such a large company. I either need my money refunded or the correct order delivered to the correct address TODAY. Unbelievable."

"I went in today to purchase a small gift for my daughter & left beyond satisfied. My daughters very picky and took so long to make a decision, but the sales associate Michelle was so patient with her and helped her to choose. This location had such a wide selection to choose from that picking was the hardest part. Michelle was the best associate I have ever encountered & will definitely be returning to buy again from her."
