"Horrible. They do not give you what you ordered. Also, terrible customer service. Edit: they also lie. For $100.66 placed through FTD this is not acceptable. I never cancelled the order. I was told that the driver mixed up the plants. Also, if you want your card typed and not hand written you have to specify."

"I am disappointed at the lack of effort when it came to my floral arrangement for Valentines Day. To think that $110 was spent in total for my arrangement is amusing. You’d think it was picked up from Kroger and dumped into a vase by a novice. I drove in traffic to the store front to get a logical explanation as to why this was different from the picture and why the price and service doesn’t match! She did add 2 Hydrangeas and 2 carnations to rectify the situation, but I was not pleased with the service at all."

"Compete disappointment. Not at all what was ordered and it arrived a day late. The note was typed out on a separate paper that was 2x longer than the card so it looked simply ridiculous. The vase was cheap, flowers half dead, leaves were crowded and submerged, and there were not enough flowers for what we paid. Would not recommend and will never use again. Valentines fail."

"I received a bouquet from here and although I really appreciated the gesture from my good friend who sent the flowers the bouquet was pretty sad. The flowers looked like they were squashed in, too many leaves and baby’s breath and not enough flowers and some of the flowers that were included died within the first couple of days. The leaves were not trimmed down and they were smelly in the vase. I would not recommend. I’m giving two stars because the daisies and white roses were pretty, I just wish they had actually trimmed and made them fit because the way they were squashed in killed the beautiful blue and white mums that were packed in there too."
