"Today is Saturday February 24,2024 it is 4:32 pm I just got here the lady was outside in the parking lot, as soon as she saw me parking she took off. She supposed to close at 5:00 pm. The sign outside said open !!?? What kind of service is this?"

"If you absolutely have to order from the orchid florist, have them deliver your items days before you actually need it, that’s the only way you will get an on-time delivery. The orchid. florist ruined valentine day plans for my husband and ruined his surprise for me. Extremely late delivery!!! Unanswered calls!!!!"
"Ordered flowers to be delivered to the hospital. Received a confirmation email the day of order stating they would be delivered the following day and I would receive another email. By 1 PM on delivery day I hadn’t heard anything or had an update. Called shop and was told they were out for delivery. Called at 4:00 PM and was told flowers were delivered but they were never received, didn’t come to room, didn’t go to floor nurse’s station, didn’t come to front desk. Now my poor relative has had the worst news of their life and I am states away and out $100. What a sad joke. No resolution or recompense offered by the shop. 0/10 do not recommend."
"Update: The Florist reached out and said there was a delivery error and offered to send new flowers. The driver was not supposed to leave the arrangement on the porch for 4 hours in 100 degree temps. This company went above and beyond to make the order right. Original Review: Received flowers as a gift, they we brown and wilted in 2 days. The flowers weren't fresh after they were left in the sun on a hot porch with no preservatives and low water, (they could have been put in the shade) they were dead/dying in 2 days."
