"What can I say other than the reviewers were spot on! I called and spoke with Jackie who was pleasant, attentive, and thorough. She took down my contact information and texted me photos of several arrangements to choose from. They were all simply beautiful. I called her again and placed my order for an all white arrangement. I paid for it over the phone, and Jackie texted me a photo of the arrangement and then again to let me know when the driver was leaving the store with the arrangement. I’ve ordered and had many flower arrangements delivered but I’ve NEVER had an experience like the one I’ve had with Houston Flower Shop. KUDOS to Jackie for a job well done! She was professional, helpful, and provided quality customer service. HFS will definitely get my business again and I will share my experience with others. They exceeded my expectations!!!"

The customer service was amazing, as the young lady that took my order was patient, kind, funny (haha), and extremely helpful. Flowers were delivered same day—I called at 4, and they were at her door by 5:30! Thank you to this helpful team!
