That in itself can be scary … will they get there? Can I trust them? … well the day our flowers were supposed to be delivered, they weren’t. And I, initially was angry. I thought I had been scammed by some random florist I found online several states away. What I didn’t realize is this … the house we were delivering to had a locked gate. Flower Delivery Houston didn’t want to leave the flowers on a busy street. The only number they had was mine, and somehow I didn’t see the missed calls. Long story short, they tried on THEIR OWN to deliver the flowers THREE DIFFERENT times! … three!!! I’m not sure I even would have tried that many. Long story short, we all were able to connect. And the family friend of ours (who suffered a major family loss) was so touched by the gesture. She cried. Which made her granddaughter cry when she heard. Which made us cry when we heard! … Because of this company’s diligence and persistence to deliver something FOUR TIMES … it played a part in softening the grieving process. Lesson to me … always assume the good about people. I went from thinking I got scammed by a florist to being FLOORED by their efforts. Flower Delivery Houston will exceed your expectations."

"Ordered flowers on Thursday Oct 26 for delivery Friday Oct 27 in time for a baby shower that is on Saturday Oct 28. No flowers were delivered on Friday, and there was no call to the recipient when delivery was attempted (if it even was). Called today Sat Oct 28 first thing in the morning around 7:30 AM but had to leave a message as no one picked up. The store called back and said they would deliver the flowers again asap (this was around 8:30 AM), and they knew it was for a baby shower at 1 pm. The flowers were finally delivered but at 3:30 pm. If they came any later, the baby shower would have been over. Not pleased with their delivery service. Should have gone with a different company. Edit in response to owner's response: I appreciate that the flowers were delivered on Saturday. But if the driver had just taken one minute to call the recipient's phone number that was left in the delivery instructions or called me, the flowers could have been delivered on Friday as she was home for the 2-7 pm window. For the future, it would probably help if the driver attempted to contact someone if they can't deliver the flowers. Also, I called at 7:27 AM on Saturday (and several times after that but no one ever picked up), and didn't get a call back until 8:15 AM, which was about 5 hours (not less than 4 hours) from the party."
