"I paid on 02/08 (Thursday) for the Valentine Day (02/14) delivery of a $400 bouquet. These guys didn't have their act together on the Valentine's Day. Called them 4 times and every time they would say that they'll deliver within the next 1 hour. At 07:30PM, I called and suggested if I can come myself and pickup the flowers because it's already night for Valentine's Day. It used to be a nice shop, but service is going downhill. Will be initiating a dispute through my credit card company. Shame on Lexis Florist team for spoiling my Valentine's Day flowers!"

"Wanted to surprise my mum on her birthday whilst she was visiting family in Houston. I live in the Bahamas and after almost purchasing flowers from another florist I decided to go with Lexis as their reviews were great but especially as the photos of their arrangements were not your typical generic arrangements. I called and spoke to a lady ( I wish I remembered her name) She was so helpful and I ordered a $85 arrangement. Within 2 hrs my mother sent me a wonderful video of her and her flowers and she was so happy. The flowers were fresh and bright and much bigger than I expected. I asked her to send me pictures and they are so beautiful. Highly recommend!"
