"I experienced disappointing customer service. Approximately 10 days ago, I purchased four plants. Despite providing consistent care to all of them, one of the plants, which is of the same variety as another, has not shown any growth or signs of life. When I returned to the store today, hoping to replace the non-thriving plant and possibly purchase additional ones, my request was unfortunately denied. This refusal was a significant letdown."
"We received great service with our Christmas tree. The people were so helpful. They put a new stand on and tied it to the vehicle. They had a great deal with Poinsettias as well. They are my go to place for plants and flowers. Check them out!"
"Conveniently located next to HWY 59 intersection with HWY99, it is in same plaza where sterling McCall Toyota dealer is, so I visited after had my car service. The store has many trees, flowers on sale thus month, variety is enough for winter. I like this place, will come back."
"Go Somewhere Else - Houston Garden Center sold me sick flowers. Their Zinnia had bacterial spot in the store, however I picked out some that looked like they didn't have it. As soon as I got home, all of the Zinnia I purchased quickly had bacterial leaf spot too (they are ruined). Houston Garden Center refused any refund. They are very unprofessional. They do not even have a phone number to call. I am taking my business elsewhere in the future. Their policy is no refunds- no guarantee. It's not worth shopping at a store that will sell plants with disease and not care (the manager could care less)."
