"We needed an estimate. Called on a Thursday. Was told Frank was at church and would call within the next two days to come give an estimate. I was also told that they were "slow" right now. I called on Monday, after not hearing from anyone. The guy I spoke to said that they are really busy, and it was going to be another week before we could even get an estimate! We clearly were not a priority for them. Frank is wonderful and does wonderful work. However, his staff is rude, and the scheduling is a mess."

"This place seems to have a good system in place for dropping off limbs. The employees were all running around doing their part. I was observing a machine that took limbs, tree stumps, and all then instantly spitting out mulch. Incredible way to make money by charging people to bring their limbs then taking those limbs and selling mulch from it. Kudos to the owner!"
