"I am writing this review a bit late, but wanted to share my experience with Flower city. My uncle passed away January 18, 2024 after a year long battle with cancer. His funeral was set for the following week on the 25th. My uncle meant the world to me, so I wanted to honor him and purchase a flower arrangement for his services. I have never had to purchase flowers for a funeral before, so I honestly didn't know what to expect. I looked through the website of the funeral home were my uncles services would be held. All the flowers although beautiful, were very expensive. Not to mention there was no option to alter the color arrangement. So I looked online at various florist and everything was equally if not more expensive than at the funeral home. I decided to try my luck and went in to flower city 2 days before my uncles service to see if I could find something reasonably priced but still beautiful. I was greeted by Sara as soon as I came through the door. She inquired about what I was looking for and proceeded to show me a book of different options. I saw lots of different arrangements, just within my price range. Sara offered to change up the color to the spread I wanted to make it more masculine for my uncle which I really appreciated. She even waved the delivery fee and added a nice ribbon to tie the spread together. When I arrived at the funeral, I was pleased to see the flowers there, and they were beautiful! Thank you so much Sara for making the whole process easy, and for ensuring the flowers were delivered with such care and on time. I truly appreciate you and will definitely be purchasing my flowers from here for every occasion."

"When one wants to send a fresh flower arrangement to someone miles away, it is concerning what will actually be delivered when one has to blindly pick from the internet a business in a location of unfamiliarity. Last week I chose your flower shop to deliver a "designer's choice" arrangement with autumn colors to my dear aunt.
