"If I would give this place a zero stars I would. I got flowers delivered to me at my job literally 2 min before we closed the office and the flowers died two days later. Not worth all the money they spend on sending the flowers. Their delivery is horrible. I don’t understand for what you need to call you. I called since Saturday and no answer and now I call and was offered a refund but than said I am no longer eligible for the refund. You guys are funny business. Over $100 thrown in the trash"

"What a MAJOR disappointment! Take my order Flowers and a balloon, take my money including delivery charge!!! No warnings and not notices of any potential issues or delays. Set delivery date given, LOCATION IS AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL on 2/14/2024. Nothing was delivered! I called the the number for customer service, they said they don’t do the online orders that they send it to other shops. Sicolas Florist took my money, offended and embarrassed my wife by letting my wife’s and my Valentine’s Day be completely ruined. This is not customer service whatsoever. They are so busy they don’t have time for the mistreatment they put on their customers. Never again will they get the chance to ruin our special occasions. Life is too short. Shame on them!!!"

"I forgot to get the lady name but she was so helpful and so nice. I forgot to pre-order a corsage for my daughter's dance and she was able to do 3 of them at the last minute. All three of them came out so beautifully. My little ladies loved the it and it was the perfect touch to their dresses. I'm so grateful for her. I will definitely be back for any arrangements"
