"Updated: The replacement are gorgeous.I Love them so much!!! So the GM Susan reached out to me and offered me a replacement. I love the fact that they care about customer and that was what I'm looking for. I know we are human and business have some not good days but the fact that they response to the bad review with an excellent manner that make me want to support the business with all my heart. I still leave the original review so people will understand that they have top notch customer service if you give them another chance. I'll update the photo for the replacement as well. I ordered ultra premium for a Salon Grand Opening. I have to make order over the phone since my online order didn’t go through although I received a confirmation e-mail after placing my order. I talked to a nice lady on the phone, she helped me with the order and asked how much I want ro spend. I said it was important event so I want them big, bright, and colorful. They charged me $343 after taxes and delivery for a small vase of flowers. Can you tell me if this is worth $300? The vase next to it bigger and only cost 1/3. I chose this shop because I’m not from Katy and it has good reviews but I feel so ripped off and embarrassed since my vase was the smallest one."
"Next day delivery completed over the phone. Exceptional customer experience. They were honest and very helpful over the phone. My girl was extremely happy with the quality of flowers. I recommend this place if you’d like to put a smile on that special someone. Would order again."
"I needed some last minute flowers a few weeks ago. I called unfortunately shortly before closing and the florist said she could throw something cute together quickly. I got there and she put together a masterpiece. I was absolutely perfect and I was so excited. My friend loved the flowers! Very sweet florist and very skilled at her job. I have bad handwriting so she was even kind enough to write on the note/ card that goes with the bouquet."
