"Shout out to Josh, who was working the register by the Men's floor, Levi's section. I am positive he had had a long day yet he was so courteous and went above and beyond to provide a great experience. Wish more employees were like him! Will definitely go back to this store!"

"I hope this review gets the attention of someone who cares. My daughter and I were dress shopping on the main floor in the women's section. The dressing rooms were absolutely disgusting. I didn't even want to stand on the floors in my socks! I even looked around for cardboard to stand on. The chairs in the rooms were coated with who knows what! There was trash and dirt everywhere. That area has not been cleaned in who knows how long! The amount of clothes on the floor and racks in the rooms and outside the rooms were over flowing, and there was no employee in site on the sales floor on any store level! Only worker we saw in the 2 hours we were there was the one cashier until she realized we were in line with numerous others and she called for a backup. With no workers around you also don't feel safe. We are also pretty sure a customer was stealing from the store because she had a bag and cart she kept taking in the room and coming out empty handed, but we couldn't tell anyone...because there was nobody to tell!"

"I went back to JCPenney portraits (haven't been there in several years) for family portraits. I haven't been happy with several other more expensive private photographers so I went back. They totally loved up to the standards I remembered. Really great photos of 5 people including 3 young kids which is not easy! Great prices including the Groupon that are always available. We look like a poster family on paper!"

"The JC Penny inside West County Mall is a good place to shop. I found what i was looking for and the prices were decent. I found the checkout employee helpful and courteous. I wish they have more staff to put clothes back on display, as several places i found the clothes section in disarray. Overall, a good place to find deals and shop."

"A lot of walking around the store just to get to a fitting room. They used to be in all corners of the store but now seems like they're all in one place. Definitely not for the convenience of the shopper The store looks somewhat empty in some places too."
