"Oh the two "managers" of the West County store are by far the worst display of a manager I have EVER witnessed by far. How they have a job is beyond me. Bullying and rude behavior towards children, rude when parents call them out and only care about respect when their pronouns aren't known. If you want people to avoid a store and worry that their children will be treated poorly by adults, then please keep these two employed here. Cashier was sweet and professional though."

"I wanna start this off by saying I’m not one to leave a review but the customer service I received there has lead me to this. I absolutely love H&M products. So I have no problems or complaints with the quality. The store is even clean and neat. However H&M has to be the absolute worst place when it comes to customer service. This store in particular THE ENTIRE STAFF lacks customer service(besides one employee. I don’t remember his name but he’s the red head guy. Very nice) They don’t make you feel welcomed while you’re in there and they aren’t helpful. They come across extremely rude and because of that this is going to push me from being a loyal customer."
"My experience at this H&M was not great. I have worked in customer service for 5 years now, and completely understand the toll it takes on employees. However, I have never been so extremely disrespected for no reason than I have today in this store. A worker named Carol was working the dressing room, and when asked any question she was insanely rude, no matter the happy tone I and other customers used. I hope that this H&M starts better training or does something to help Carol have public decency when working with customers. Being an extremely easy going person, I would normally not write a bad review, however something needs to be done about this girl before you lose more than just my and the few other customers around me that experienced her hatefulness."
