Foot Locker

"I told Andre who works here what I needed shoes for and in his words he told me I needed something “Fly!” He took care of me for sure! Even though they didn’t have my size, he let me know who had them and where! Andre most definitely is a great employee and I pray he’s able to be elevated to the next level in his career! "Rude not greeted and not helpful at all. Was asking if we could get some help and the guy acted like we was interrupting his socializing and just stood there. When we did get help we asked for a size he was gone a second and said they didn't have that size and walked away. Will not go to this store again."

"My boyfriend and I came in to this store to buy new shoes for him. We walked in (the only ones in the store) and weren’t greeted. There were three workers. One was sitting behind the register eating Cheetos, the other two were talking and ignored us. My boyfriend had to walk up to the register and ask for a size. A woman came back and gave him only one shoe to try on and took the other one back? It was so weird and they were all so rude. I don’t want cheetoh finger prints from a foot locker worker on my $100+ Shoes."

"Went to the store with my sister to buy a new pair of shoes for us. She picked out a pair as did I, we requested our sizes and "Jared" retrieved them (after 10 minutes of waiting). We tried them on and totally loved them. After going to the counter to pay we noticed a foundation or some tan type of make up scuff on the shoes that weren't even on display. "Jared" cleaned them nicely and they looked suitable. We were minimally satisfied... it doesn't even there. I went home and put them on in satisfaction, by what followed was more terrible than anything. I noticed my left shoe was tainted, almost as if it was THE DISPLAY SHOE, while my right shoe was beautiful and royal blue as it should be. I felt steamy and called up the store I was just at no longer than 2 hours ago for customer service and was answered by a female. She listened to me, said she was going to check for my size, and out me on my hold. 8 minutes go by and she takes me off only to greet me as if I was a new customer/caller. I remind her Ive BEEN on the phone for sometime now and she returns to searching. After a couple minutes she tells me they have my size. I tell her I can get them Saturday and she says can "MAYBE" hold them?! Maybe. MAYBE. After THEY messed up the shoes and gave me a display, dampened suede shoe, they had the audacity to just MAYBE hold them for me. I've never been so disappointed. So much for one of the "better" shoe stores."
