"This is the second time I have had a negative experience with wags to wiggles. I let them know the concerns I had with going back and they assured me that they would do what I asked. They did not. My dogs ears are bleeding now and when I called to ask them about it, they basically blamed me for not getting him groomed sooner. We will not be going back even If it means I have to groom him myself."
