"Disappointed, I ordered flowers for my grandmother’s birthday. No confirmation email was sent over after ordering. I had to call the next day to make sure my order went through (which is fine, but I feel there should always be an email confirmation sent). When they were delivered, there was no wrapping around the flowers to hold them together which was odd. They looked beautiful at first but this morning some of the flowers were already dying which is insane. When the flowers were delivered my grandma grabbed them immediately from outdoor so we’re disappointed to see them dying not even 24 hour after the delivery. I would not order again, $85 for flowers to be dying less than 24 hrs just does not match the price tag. Like I said, they are beautiful but disappointed."
