"Very happy to have Elite pools and Spa open and maintain my pool. They've been reliable and punctual for me for three years. They do a great job of closing and opening pool. Their weekly maintenance has kept my pool clean and clear. Great company."

"I contracted for pool closing and they took a deposit. They never showed up despite several calls and emails. Zero communication. That was for year 2022. The previous year they used plugs so small they fell into the piping. In 20 years of pool ownership I never saw anything like it. They refused to address it and became offensive when I brought it up to them. Michele in the office is knowledgeable on water issues. But her husband who does the service is NOT the person you want to have doing any service for you. He has been rude and abrasive. I had other issues and tried to get service but they were never able to get it together to address them (filter, liner, etc). Based on my personal experience I was not treated well and would never use them again."

"The woman who takes calls is very rude and on a power trip. The call with me saying Jim had returned my call, at least according to my transcription on my voicemail, but sadly I'd missed it. She responded with a sarcastic, "His name is Mike, not Jim, but whatever! Why were you calling?" The extremely sarcastic way she said it almost made me hang up right then, but being desperate for service, I told her my hot tub was completely off, and that the circuit breaker tripped whenever the jets came on. She said the first appointment was in a month. When I said was worried that the pipes might freeze by then and could anyone come sooner, she said no, sorry. I got the distinct feeling she was mad because I'd gotten the man's name wrong earlier. Thankfully, another business returned my call so I won't have to use this place. (Oh, and they're coming within the week to check.)"
