"DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION... Awful experience. I ordered valentine assortments to be delivered on feb 14. Not only was my assortments not delivered, they dont even answer the phone. I wouldnt depend on this location for valentines day. Definitely ruined the day and the surprise. Very upset that the person i got them for sat there all day wondering why they did not get anything."
"Their drivers are absolutely atrocious! One guy just now tailgating people and almost ran into me and my little one cause he was trying to drive so fast. He gave me the finger then when he saw me videoing he tried to get me to pull over in the Lowe’s parking lot off Bryant Irvin and 20 to have some words. What Type of man does that to a woman. Get better control of your drivers!!!"
"Scheduled my delivery almost 2 weeks ago and it wasn’t delivered today at all. Can’t get them to answer a single phone call. No tracker updates, no call backs, no one answering, no one reaching out to say it wouldn’t be delivered. Absolutely insane."
"The good: Delivery arrived on Valentines day and to the location as requested. The bad: -Extra fee to have delivery on Valentines day -Selection severely limited on valentines day, could not order off regular menu. It seemed as though the only thing available were strawberries and minimal pineapple. Minimal fruit covered in chocolate. -Prices appear higher for what is available compared to regular menu. Much less fruit -I ordered a Valentines tray which included chocolate covered strawberries and cookies. When it was delivered, the presentation was not up to par for Valentines Day, it looked like a $5 cookie tray you pick up at Walmart for the kids class not something you send your wife. My total cost was $72 and it just wasn't worth it. I told my wife I was sorry it wasn't what I was hoping it would be and that they didn't have a full selection like something I would normally send with strawberries, applies, pineapples, marshmallows, and so on all covered in chocolate which I know she loves. I've ordered a few times before and have been impressed. This time I'm definitely not. Seems like they're scaling back on quality and bulking up on price. Next time I'll go with Shari's Berries or some other company."
