"My husband ordered a bouquet with a personally selected card, and a balloon to be delivered. He asked that the bouquet include lilies, hydrangeas, roses and filler flowers. The bouquet and balloon were delivered the card was not. The bouquet included lilies and hydrangeas but no roses. The bouquet was delivered with absolutely no water and the flowers were already drooping when it arrived. Since there was no card in the envelope I assumed it was from my husband and I text him to thank him and sent a picture. I mentioned it not having a card and he was disappointed because he had personally selected one and a message. He then told me he was really disappointed in the bouquet because he was specific with what he asked for. He let them know I had received bouquets previously that were delivered already dying and they assured him this wouldn’t be the case. Sadly it was the case. The lilies are gorgeous and fragrant but it’s disappointing the other two flowers in the bouquet are already dead."
