"My mom purchased and had flowers delivered for my birthday. She spent over $100 for a designer’s choice arrangement. This is what was delivered, with no vase and not at all what she ordered. When she called to discuss the issue, the lady she spoke with was extremely rude, and said to her “I don’t know why you’re unhappy, I guess you didn’t read the details of what you bought”. Not a care in the world. My mom has been a customer for many years and this was very disappointing. Look around before ordering here. 1st pic is my arrangement and 2nd pic is what it was advertised online."
"The Flower Market on 7th was very accommodating when I need to change my delivery date. However, when I got a photo of the arrangement that was delivered, I was immediately disappointed. I understand inconsistencies in florals and using what’s available, but what was delivered looked nothing like what was on their site. I’ve seen grocery store arrangements nicer than this…. for $80 less. Photos attached."

They do such an amazing job , great service and the owners and staff are the sweetest not to mention it’s such a cute place! Lauren recently made a custom Halloween bouquet for me and it came out better than I could’ve imagined. I highly recommend this place !!"
