"I had a problem with my order during Valentines day. I noticed that my card wasn't charged and gave them a call. Apparently their system messed up because of how much traffic their website was getting and didn't register my order at all, and the flowers I ordered, unbeknownst to me, was out of season. But they threw together a beautiful Bouquet with similar flowers, and sent it off! And my girlfriend loved them! Even the receptionist said they were the prettiest Bouquet to come in all day!
