"Made the mistake in asking a simple question to 5he virtual assistant, "Do you SELL African Violets plants"?? What I got was can't answer let me get a live agent. Well I don't know how live they were but they first had to review chat with virtual and then their reply was all about me ordering in Africa??? I asked a simple question and even after I wasted my time explaining it, they still think I want to order from Africa. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
