"Booked 2 weeks in advance, 108.00 for a 24 rose bouquet including a crown, ribbon, and glitter they tacked $10 more for. Went at 10:30 am to pick up my bouquet, it was still not ready. They asked me to come back in 30-40min and gave me no reason why, I gave them that time since I needed to pick up a few things anyways. My daughter's party started at 12pm, I went back at 11:40am and it was still not ready, matter of fact they were still putting my bouquet together right in front of me as if the 30-40 min I gave them earlier did not exist. I left the shop at 12:20 pm, 20 min late for my own party. They stuck this ribbon on with wet glitter that I could not touch or it would immediately be ruined. No apologies from the OWNER or at least from the maker of the bouquet who I believe was the wife of the owner. Found out that their roses froze and they had to drive to Sam's Club to buy some, they never called to give me a heads up of this issue and completely wasted alot of my time. Very unprofessional, At that point a discount should have been offered or at least an apology but the owner left right before I was handed my bouquet and said nothing. Will never step foot here again, there was no holiday rush so this was unacceptable and extremely disappointing. Save your time and money and go else where, somewhere they will actually care for their customers and keep their word when they say it will be ready when you need it."

"AWFUL. I wouldn’t give them any stars if I had that option. Do yourself a favor and save your money and time. Contact me and I’ll get you flowers. I placed an order a week ahead of time and the day of delivery the man tells me the order was never received... BUT my card was immediately charged. He later changes his story tells me they don’t deliver on New Year’s Day. But you are given that open to select that day. Lastly, the flowers I was charged for were not in stock. He was giving me some trashy arrangement that did not resemble my order. Looks like a 6 year old picked the flowers off the ground."

"Floral arrangement looked nothing like what I paid for. I ordered a spring mix with multiple colors and got pink and white rose arrangement. I ordered a balloon which was not delivered. I tried to call 3 times to get this addressed and was hung up on each time I called. I called the number on my confirmation email. Incredibly disappointed. I will not ever order from here again."

"These people have a sign saying they are open Monday - Saturday, 9am-6pm. We came by around 11am and they were not open. We called the phone number posted and the woman who answered, assured us someone would be there in 10 minutes. Some man comes and opens the shop and doesn’t know anything about flowers or arrangements. He scheduled an appointment for us at 5pm so we could speak to a professional and we show up at 5pm and the store is LOCKED with the OPEN sign on! We had to call the store AGAIN!! They had the nerve to tell us that they wouldn’t be able to help us with decorating the church because it’s too late notice. My wedding is 5 months away! They didn’t even have they courtesy to call us and cancel the appointment. Poor customer service. This is not how you do business."
