"My husband ordered me flowers from Proflowers, they sent the order to this shop to fulfill. When the flowers arrived the vase was broke and water constantly leaked. It took them over five hours to pick up the vase to replace it. The flower shop eventually came and replaced the vase for a smaller, cheaper vase and crammed all the original flowers into the new vase, by this time the flowers were dying. It now looks a mess. I wouldn’t order from this shop."
