"Looking for golf grips, when I asked an associate in the golf section if they had grips he said no. Didn’t offer to help, didn’t even say he would be with us shortly. I found one box of grips but it was open and incomplete. Since I really needed them I took them to the cashier with a number of other items and proceeded to ask the cashier if they could discount on what was missing. Cashier was very nice and helpful but she called the team leader and she just looked at us, annoyed and said just give them 5% discount on it. This didn’t even cover the missing item. She really needs to work on her people skills if she is going to be the leader."
