"Easy ordering, friendly service and the arrangement was beautiful."
"To preface, I do not normally leave bad reviews. I try to work with the business before I leave a public review. I have used floral xpressions for years and have always been extremely happy with the service. However as of this last year, management seems to have changed and the services have declined significantly. I ordered flowers 2 weeks in advance for my wife, to be delivered on Valentine’s Day where she works. On Valentine’s Day at 3 pm they had not been delivered. When I called to inquire about delivery, the employee I spoke with told me that the driver attempted to deliver them but was told my wife, whose first and last name was on the delivery as well as address and the name of the location, did not work there. I work out of town, so my wife ended up having to go to the store and pick up the flowers herself. When she inquired about why the flowers were not delivered, she was told they did not have her full name, then was told they didn’t have the address, then was finally told her place of work would not accept the delivery due to her last name not being on the order. Prior to my wife picking up the flowers, I asked for a refund on the delivery fee since the flowers were not delivered. I was offered a box of chocolates instead. I pressed the lady I spoke to for the refund and was told I would be refunded the delivery fee. As of today I have not been refunded the delivery fee. The woman I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not be using floral xpressions in the future."

"After another florist in town cancelled my order, I was in a panic & placed a rush order with this shop. I viewed their arrangements online & picked one out. I called and they took my order within 5 minutes. They were able to deliver my arrangement in less than 2 hours. Excellent service & beautiful quality flowers. Thank you so much for your help!"
