"They herd everyone in one long line for purchases AND returns/exchanges. The line is always wrapped around to the clothing area. There is ALWAYS less than 4 registers open. It’s tempting to just leave the basket."
"It is basically a costly thrift store, you can get much better goods in other stores in a lower price with discount. The return policy is very weird, the item should be resealable, and it should be decided by their manager, who appears pretty novice. Do not go in this store, it is a scam."
