"Great selection, but "self" checkout is limited due to lack of scanner guns for customers to use. If you're going to have high volume sales, need to make it easier to self check for those who know how to do it. That or open more lanes with real people."

"I had a great experience at Costco Webster, TX Optical department. Yesinnia and Kim went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of properly. They couldn’t find my insurance info in the system so they called my insurance to see if I’m in network which I wasn’t. I still bought with Costco due to the low prices on the frames. They also got the info to help me get reimbursed some of my money spent out of pocket. They explained how I need to go about doing so as well as letting me know if I needed anything or help from them don’t hesitate to call. Grateful they went above and beyond for their member. Excellent customer service. My first time using Costco Optical and will continue to do so moving forward."

"Was waiting in a crazy long line for my dad while he used the bathroom,I had his card. A lady told a nice dude to check my card and then they stopped me from checking out until my dad got back, even though on his memberships and have my own card and they weren’t doing that to anyone else. The dude was super nice about it and even said I could wait by the register. Then the same super bossy short lady with black hair told me it’s busy I need to move and then grabbed my cart and started pulling it and pointing. I told her 3 times I got it and had to pull it away. Super super rude not a please or ma’am or any drop of care or respect for customers. Don’t go during rush a super rude lady will rush you. I totally understand the situation but that’s not how you treat a paying costumer period. Just be nicer about it ? I love this Costco but now I’m hating using the self check out. Young self checking outers BEWARE!!"

"We love Costco! This is our home store. We go once a week to get gas and a couple of rotisserie chickens at the minimum. I love but they have two free to use for members tire inflation spots just outside the car repair bays. The employees are friendly and get you checked out quickly."

"Wow. Some new items! Banana bread mini loaves, first ingredient bananas Strawberry fresh cakes Chocolate donuts, chocolate inside and chocolate Jalapeño cheddar bread, this is my favorite item Cinnamon chip, it’s like a cinnamon roll for adults without raisins."
