"2 start for now for the bad experience we have had twice with this store. 1. We gave 2 curtains, They shrank one of the two curtains by 3.5 inches. God knows how. And these linen curtains were pretty expensive. 2. I gave my white shirt and specifically told them to the cuffs. The cuffs seemed exactly the same as before so now they have taken in for another attempt. Just not happy with our experience, unfortunately! It’s not common for me to give anyone a 2 star rating :/ and yes, someone below said it right below, They don’t pay close attention to the garments…"

"I love going to Rick’s. The staff is always friendly, get returned items looking great, and always back when promised! I also appreciate the communication when an order is available for pickup."

"My $500 silk blouse was ruined by Rick's Cleaners and they have done nothing to solve this problem. This blouse was obviously tumbled in a drying process which tangled the draw string tie beyond repair. It was returned after 3 weeks in the same unacceptable condition. It is obvious they do not pay close attention to details for expensive garments, and it is obvious they don't care about your important clothing. I do not recommend Rick's Cleaners if you value your clothing."

"They would not honor the coupon they advertised. Secondly when I returned for my comforter, they said it would arrive later that day. I waited until the following day, and a lady came to a closed door(refusing to open to speak to me), and said they were closed and did not know when they would open again. Although it was during business hours, and my item was already paid for she would not let me pick it up. The following day (my third attempt to pick up my item), I was able to get it. Poor customer service."

"I've given this drycleaners multiple opportunities to get it right, but they're consistently not very good when it comes to pressing. Suits and dress shirts are always pressed poorly. They likely don't pay their employees very well, so they lack attention to detail."
