"Do not use this service. They will only waste your time. I had more than one appointment where they did not communicate with me and push the time back by literally hours. When they tried to make up for it and said they would come first thing the next day they were again late and pushed the time to another three hpurs. Their services pretty expensive and it’s not worth it if they’re not gonna show up on time. Also chelsy Said that she would communicate with me and did not even though I asked her to. I was the one calling them when their own deadline had passed. Don’t use this service."

"The two team members that came to my house did a really great job so much so that my landlord asked me who I had used so she could also use maidpro for other properties. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the team accidentally broke one of my blinds which isn’t a big deal AT ALL - it happens. But when I called to politely let them know the woman in the office basically called me a liar and made it out like I was trying to scam them. Shockingly bad customer service after spending several hundred dollars."

"We used to be customers of MaidPro. First, be weary of the reviews as they will give people incentives for positive reviews. Where to start... most of the time its been good but there have been several occasions leading to this review. First, they literally sent someone tweaking to clean our house. We didn't feel comfortable at all. Second, they go through employees like crazy. For a while we had a guy named Andrew who was great. But you never know what the quality will be like. It's never consistent. The final straw was the last time we had our house cleaned the cleaners completely destroyed our $200 smart lock on the way out. I tried to come to a good resolution with the "manger/owner" the said thing like, "can't confirm whether we did it or not" and "we're still gathering information" instead of just crediting me for the damage. Needless to say, I cancelled my services and will try to recoup monies owed back to me. Wish me luck. Stay away"

"I have used MaidPro for a couple of years for a monthly cleaning service. They are reliable and always do a great job. Today I was especially impressed by Lorena. She was thorough and went the extra mile, even climbing on my daughter's top bunk to make the bed perfectly. I love the final touches like folding my throw blankets and finding the decorative pillows for my bed. I don't have the finest home and have a fair amount of clutter. MaidPro always cleans respectfully and tidies up our mess. And I can tell when someone has taken great pride in their work and has taken care of my home. I really appreciate that about MaidPro."
