"First time customer and it will be the last. My item wasn't done past the promised date and no one seemed to care. I was concerned I'd never see my item again. I had to initiate a call to customer service who did find it and had it shipped to the location for me to pick up. I don't want to have to do this again."
"Two stars because they were friendly enough, but on Friday I was told my four work shirts would be ready for pick up today (Monday) by 6pm, so I had one work shirt to work with while the others were at the cleaners. Today I went to pick up my shirts at the pick up time I was given and I was told my shirts were not at the store yet, I asked where they were and was told they were still at the off-site location and hadn’t been brought back in and wouldn’t be until tomorrow. SO for the last 45 minutes I’ve been scrambling, had to go buy starch, had to rush home and throw my one dirty work shirt I have with me in the apartment complex washer and I’m praying it will be done before I have to leave for my weekly poker game at 7. This all means that late tonight after poker I’ll be here at home, slightly drunk/tired, ironing and starching my work shirt so that it’ll be ready for my shift at 9am, and I suck at ironing in general so it’ll take me like a 45 min to an hour to make this one shirt crispy enough to pass my manager’s inspection, all this when I should be sleeping because I was supposed to have four crisp and clean work shirts ready for the week. I will stick to Rick’s Cleaners and will not be using Tide Cleaners in the future because obviously they don’t have their stuff together."

"A very bad experience! My 2 pants (one cream color and the other light pink) were dry cleaned with dark garment(s) that bled heavily .... They are both ruined ... (they should know better). The GM called me back as soon as the office opened and offered to help (that is why I gave 2 stars). I'm now waiting for a resolution. To be continued ..."
