"I’ve debated leaving a review but I want others to be warned about the deceptive pricing. I got maid brigade to do a move out cleaning. I was quoted $60 per hour. I left my key and went to work then came back about 4 hours later. The next day, my credit card was charged $468. I called because there is no way anyone could have been there for over 7 hours. It was $60 per maid per hour. Apparently, there were several people there and I paid $180 for the first hour. I gave 2 stars because they did a great job and I know cleaning is difficult. But a 2 bedroom cleaning should not have been $468. When I called to discuss, he explained that it was per maid, but that is not what I was told when I got the quote. He said that was “the going rate”. But I called several companies and I went with Maid Brigade because it was the “cheapest”. I was moving out so I didn’t get to enjoy the cleaning. Be warned and ask for clarity with pricing with this company."
