"I’ve been using them for probably a year now and they are officially fired. There have been numerous issues but this last one was the worst. The first time they broke my baby monitor, and didn’t tell me. Found out that night… to their credit they bought me a new one. The second time they “misplaced” my medication… it completely disappeared, and during the same visit opened a brand new container of lunch meat and took a bite. This time however, I can’t move past it. I bought an iPhone. Didn’t like the color and decided to return it and buy a new one. Because of my carrier, I have to return it via mail. The maids threw away the iPhone box that was on my desk NOWHERE NEAR THE TRASH!!! See for yourself and determine if it was trash. I’m now out $1661.63 because the carrier will not accept the iPhone without its box. I just emailed them hoping they do something… But I will never use them again"

"Best cleaning we’ve ever had! I was skeptical for hiring cleaners from a “larger” company because in the past, they have done the bare minimum. I decided to go with Maids and Moore because of their satisfaction guarantee. If something is not up to standard, they promise to come make it right. I’m not picky by any means but I do care about getting what I pay for. After our first deep clean, I came home to a PERFECT home. They cleaned things and areas that I didn’t even think about or notice until now. Truly top to bottom every single square inch of this house was seen and cleaned. They did INCREDIBLE! The office and scheduling was a breeze, they showed up in the correct time window. Everything was seamless and so perfect. I have an older home that is hard to truly make look clean and the two women that did my house went above and beyond! I can’t wait to have them back."

"About a month ago, I wrote a 5 star review of my initial cleaning of Maids and Moore. Today was my 3rd cleaning and also the 3rd outstanding service. As incredible as that is, it’s even more impressive to note that we’ve had a different crew each time. Without needing to give lengthy instructions, the house has been perfectly cleaned each time. All I needed to explain was which areas I needed cleaned. (I don’t need spare rooms cleaned.)This time, Katti and Emily worked quietly and quickly to leave my home ready for company! Among other things, they cleaned blinds, ceiling fans and scrubbed baseboards and interior doors. They were very pleasant and so efficient. In doing such a great job, their service was the best Christmas gift ever! Thank you, ladies!"
