"It’s the second time I come and the store is closed. It says they open at 9 am but I have to wait in my car at least an hour and it’s still not open. I’m not the only person waiting for them to open . I also call and they never answer. They should fix their hours on the website."
"I placed a pick up order and before I could get there to pick it up the order showed that I had already picked it up and my card was charged. I couldn’t get through to the store the line was constantly busy. So I called customer service. They had to refund my money then I had to replace the order. I was told it was a computer issue."
"This review is to go to the manager of this store. Your customers are number one. First of all, the person came and said “Do you need help with something” I felt uncomfortable, but I told her what SecondI was appalled when I asked for help for someone to help me with finding fusible fleece and fusible interface. Instead of walking me to what I needed, they said in a rude tone “It’s over there, it’s over there. My husband and I walked out. My husband did walk back in to talk to her, and she did apologize. This should never happen to any customer."
"This post is to directly complain about the manager of Hulen Center JoAnn Keyla. During my transaction she assault my husband and I over an item that was stocked and priced wrong by her team member. The item was labeled $3.79 and rang up at $16+. I showed her the picture I had just walked over and taken during the transaction. She immediately got defensive, told us that if we didn't hurry up she would throw us out! I asked the cashier for her name and her managers name, that I incorrectly heard due to a genetic hearing disability that I have. When I asked the cashier to repeat herself the manager replied repeatedly "she told you". I told her I had a genetic hearing disability and she laughed in my face. A moment later she gave another customer her name and spelled it out. Her name is Keyla. I'm so disappointed because this was my favorite JoAnn store in the entire area. Every time I interacted with Keyla previously she had been very helpful. Apparently, she must have felt that customer service was not necessary and that making fun of the ADA community was ok. So sad."
