"Right side of collars on every single shirt always wrinkled. The clerk claimed "it's got to be the shirt" even after I pointed out that there were 4 different types and brands of shirts. Totally ridiculous!"
"I tried to make it work with these guys. They simply can't execute directions. They can not press a collar. Period. They crease jeans inconsistently. They can't get stains out. I can't count the redos they have had to do, or iron a dress shirt after they have had it. The worst of it is however, is how unbelievably rude the employees are. ALL of them. Lord forbid you catch one on a break, bring an issue to their attention, or show up at 6:59pm. There are too many options out there. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place."
"I've been using WCK for a few years for my work wardrobe. I adore silk and have numerous dresses which have some pretty intricate details, and they have always done a great job. I tend to let it pile up and take 10 or so pieces at a time, and the price is always better than reasonable. Thanks ya'll! I no longer fear beautiful clothing that is dry clean only :)"
"Took a 200 dollar dress to these half-wits and they put 6 holes in the dress, its completely ruined! Don't try to call and speak to the owner he's never there and no one working there cares that they ruined the dress. They attached my dress to a hanger with safety pins which was completely unnecessary, they also did it to my skirt. To add insult to injury they are overpriced! I'm completely devastated and they could careless. UPDATE- the owner fixed my dress but wasn't nice in the least, considered taking this review down but the guy was such a dick about everything I think it needs to stay up."
"I have been bringing my work clothes here for several years. They do a fine job cleaning/pressing clothes. I have never had a bad experience. Never a lost article of clothing or even an accidental broken button. If you're so inclined, they also offer drive through service, which can be nice if you have a child in a car seat and don't want to deal with the hassle of getting them out."
