For the same wedding dress, they cleaned it, preserved it, and packaged it to our highest level of satisfaction. For a bridesmaids dress, also meticulously, punctually, and to our highest praises, they completed an alteration. For a men's tuxedo and for a men's suit, our dry cleaning experience was well above average - from the drop off to the pick up and everything in-between. "This cleaners offers mid to low service. Welcome staff is pleasant. My main issue that whomever does the service for basic tailoring does NOT follow instructions. Despite clear instructions of hem and pocket sealing, no crease & signs on the clothing, instructions are not followed. I offered 2 corrective opportunities for the same result. No I don’t recommend…"

"We received excellent customer service with Nick when laundering our non-profit linens. Grapevine Cleaners had by far the best price in the Grapevine/Southlake area for linen service. They provided us with tax exempt status, deducted their environmental charge, and delivered the linens to our office - pressed and hung- for free. We will be calling them for our next event. I highly recommend!!!"

I saw this cleaners had great reviews so I gave it a chance. Alex is amazing and so nice!!! They were able to get it done in one week.
