"They broke the blinds inside the back door. She said they wanted more light and didn't even ask us or tell us they were opening the blinds. When we called them she admitted they didn't say anything! She knew they broke the blinds! She started screamed at me, telling me that I was trying to make her feel bad???!! She told me to get a quote. When I called them back and told her they can't be fixed. She said she doesn't trust us?! Really!! She said she would send somone out when she has time... they are not going to do anything!! They cashed the check the day they clened the carpet and now won't even refund us which is a 1/4 of what replacing the door is going to cost us now!! I wished we didn't use them, use someone else!"
