Dalworth Rug Cleaning

"I had two area rugs cleaned last week and Dalworth did an excellent job for a reasonable price. The pick up and drop off service is great and my rugs look fantastic. Would highly recommend Dalworth for rug cleaning services."

"I was disappointed with how dalworth handled our rugs. The folks who came and picked up our rugs and brought them back were great and helped move furniture, etc, so this review is not towards those nice guys. But I’m disappointed because dalworth boasts about getting stains out and making rugs look great and clean, and for the pricey cost, they didn’t get any stains out and no one from the office gave us a heads up and our rugs look clean but we’ve had better results and experiences at other rug cleaning places. Poor communication and customer service. They ignored me several times when I asked about the stains and finally after awhile they got back to me. While I understand there’s no guarantee of stains coming out, a heads up would’ve been nice like “hey we tried to get the stains out but couldn’t.” Nothing. For the price you’ll end up paying, this wasn’t worth it."

"Customer Service Nightmare. I contacted Dalworth Rug Cleaning to have two area rugs cleaned. I received an acceptable quote and scheduled the rugs to be picked up on a Saturday. I requested a pick up window as late in the afternoon as possible and was told that that would be noted. I was also told that I would receive a phone call on Friday, advising the time of pick up on Saturday. I never received a call on Friday so I called after work that Friday and spoke with a representative that was the answering service. She stated that she would pass on my message to someone at Dalworth's. Saturday arrived again with no phone call as to the pick up time. My partner finally received a call Saturday around noon that the driver was 30 minutes away from the house. Unfortunately, we were not on the property and unable to accommodate the 30 minute notice that they gave us. So pick up was rescheduled for the following Tuesday from 3-5PM. I received a text from Dalworth at 1:24PM that they would be at our home in 25 minutes to pick the rugs up. Again, our window was from 3-5PM set by Dalworth's. We were not able to leave work outside of that window to meet them at the house earlier than agreed upon. The driver was very rude to my partner and would not return to honor the company's 3-5PM window. I sent an email to my original contact Jessica Ortiz on 8/1 advising her of the situation and requesting to speak with a manager. Three business days later with no reply from Jessica I picked up the phone and called her. This was August 4th. She never acknowledged receiving my email and told me that she couldn't help me. She told me that she would forward my message to someone in the rug department and have him/her contact me. Today is August 12th. 8 days later and no contact from Dalworth's...crickets. Get you act together Dalworth's. I've never experienced such horrible customer service."

"Could not be happier with how clean my area rug came out!!! A friend's pet put a stain on my rug and it became worse after trying to clean it at home. But, Dalworth came to my rescue and was able to get it out!! They returned my rug to its original and beautiful state!!! Photos are of Before and After. ("After" is the perfectly spotless rug). THANK YOU, DALWORTH TEAM!!! :)"

"This was our first experience using Dalworth to clean a rug in our dining room. They were great about setting up a time to pick up and deliver the rug. It looked so much better, we were very pleased! Not long after that, there was a problem that occurred and they went above and beyond to take care of it. I’m very impressed with everyone I dealt with, especially Louis."
