"The technician Antonio was superb. He really worked magic getting some stains out of the carpet. My wife was pretty determined to get new carpet; however, feels she can delay that decision for another 2-3 years. I thought pricing was fair for the number of rooms & areas."

"The technician was definitely on time and efficient. I wanted the kitchen and hallway tiles cleaned and sealed. Over the last 20 or so years, the white tile was more black (probably due to two renovations)in places than the original color. When the technician left, they all looked amazing, yet less than a week later many areas are definitely very gray again. Right now I would have a hard time recommending this company after years of being a customer for my carpets."

A previously scheduled cleaning was a bust without any notification which wasted my entire day. This team was 1:20 minutes late for a 9:00 am appointment. I had planned another engagement later the same morning which I was unable to fulfill."
