"Brought in a black woolen coat in anticipation of the extreme cold snap. When I picked it up on the Friday before the temperature drop, it looked awful. There were long white cat hairs on it (I don’t have a cat or any other pet). In short, the coat looked worse than when I brought it in. I ended up using 9 lint sheets on it out of desperation (it looked marginally better) because when I brought it back on the same day for a do over, I was told it wouldn’t be available until Monday. This was unacceptable as the cold front was coming on Saturday. They should never have placed a plastic bag over my coat in that condition. Avoid like the plague."

"COMPLETELY dissatisfied with this service. Not only did it take 5 and a half weeks for a shoe cleaning to be completed, but now the shoes are ruined. They are two different colors and the stains are still visible. I verified beforehand and was assured that my shoes could be restored, now they look worse than before."
