"Terrible experience. Went through Vogue to have a wedding dress cleaned/preserved. The dress was returned damaged and upon calling to request a refund we were told that “this is the risk you take when you get your wedding dress preserved” no customer service and completely unacceptable way to treat Handel the situation without any sort of compensation for damages to an expensive dress. I suppose if this is the “risk” the customer takes by having this done, then a bad review on all applicable review sites outside just that of Google is the “risk” vogue has for offering these types of services in any form or fashion."

"I've been taking my clothes here for 6 months now so I figured I have given them ample time to screw something up. I have to say, the service has been excellent and I dont have anything negative to report. They are a little cheaper than most in town and close by so Vogue is a no-brainer for me. "I had the worst experience here. I called ahead of time because all I wanted was to shorten the strap on a halter. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone said it wouldn't be a problem and they can do that any time. Just to wait about 5 days for the alterations to be completed. Just 3 hours later I walked in and the lady at the counter was incredibly rude and said I have to wait till Monday to get anything done (I work during the week so that's not possible). I let her know Co worker told me earlier that it wouldn't be a problem. She said he was wrong. Then she kept on trying to rationalize and say that she didn't do anything wrong and she was completely focusing on her being right instead of trying to help me (the customer) she started treating me like I was a complete idiot in front of 2 customers. She was so rude I ended up walking out crying. Worst experience I've ever had in my life. Do not go here. They are rude and they will lie repeatedly to you."
