"This is the worst company ever!!! Concept sounds good but in reality, They DO NOT DO WHAT THEY LEAD YOU TO BELIEVE! They state the system monitors and dump chemicals when needed. First of all, They DO NOT MONITOR ANYTHING!, I have had to contact them when my system isn't working or needs reboot, days after it shuts off. They've stained the bottom of my pool, leaves dirt all over bottom of pool on the same day they've supposedly cleaned it, and black stuff grows on sides and steps when system is suppose to monitor and dump chemicals as needed. I'm not normally home when they come, so if there is a problem good luck trying to reach someone, it's virtually possible. I've tried working with them, and not posting... But!! Today takes the cake, I WAS home, watched the guy after he just texted saying: "Gonzalo@CUA: I am at your house and will start working", I texted back there is Black stuff all over my steps... He did NOT vacuum or brush my pool, just after me telling him there is still Black stuff growing on steps. So, I went out and said "sir you did not vacuum or brush my pool, you are supposeto clean my pool??" First he said, he doesn't speak English, then when I stated your to clean my pool not just dump chemicals. Then he spoke beautiful English, when he kept saying "THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM, THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM!". What does he mean this is not his problem when he is there to clean my pool? I WOULD RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION IF THIS COMPANY APPROACHES YOU!"

"I signed up for the CUA pool service several months ago, and I find it to be most valuable. It replaced my old analog timers. The pool system is now fully automated, and I couldn’t be happier. From automated chemical balancing, to being able to see current and historical ph balances. The system direct injects the chemicals itself. This saves me from having to manually do any of the work, and it balances daily. It also only uses the right amount of chemicals, so it’s more efficient than manual. This system has saved me significant time, money, and frustration from manually doing the work myself. The pool is always the clearest it can be. I have not had any algae issues since installing. I highly recommend this system to anyone new or experienced. It has made a completely hands off pool experience. The only thing I have to do is just worry about when is the next time I want to jump in the pool. Highly recommend CUA."
