"The machines are good quality, cleanliness is typically not great… my main issue was what happened when I went this last time. I was under the impression they closed at 9 and was told they’d recently changed their hours… so I was there later than I would’ve been had I known… I had 4 dryers running with around 17 minutes left on each, and was told I couldn’t finish. I took my still damp clothes out of the dryers and loaded them up, then asked what I was supposed to do about still having (then) approximately 13 minutes left on each dryer, expecting to get a refund… was told to just leave it. So I lost a couple bucks and went home with still damp clothes. Won’t be doing back…"

"A lot of machines not working very poor maintenance apparently Lynchburg range and dryers not cleaned attendance child and spouse riding in the laundry carts. The general appearance Jose laundromat was extremely poor given the time of day and amount of customers in the building"

"I googled this place before I went. Let me help you out. One washer on one row available, no empty buggies to carry from washer to dryer. No empty buggies to move to.. No table..I sorta took one side of a ladies table by force. Yeah I guess everything worked ok. But I drove further because I read an talked to locals who said it was better.. Not in my opinion.. Not clean enough for all the employeesc that were there. An all the clothes sitting in the washers an dryers were being"done" by the non working employees. .. So if you're dropping laundry off to be done.. Locals say it's best.. But if you're doing it yourself.. Make sure it's not a day they are busy using their equipment. They have a public bathroom. Trash bags are a dollar each."

"I’ve been using Bulldog Laundry for over a year now and it’s usually a good place if there are enough machines working and if the building doesn’t smell like sewage. The staff is always friendly and helpful. More signage would be helpful on where to put powder detergent and the pod type detergents. It’s easier to use liquid detergent here. This place is heavily used and it shows. There are always machines and dryers out of order. I’ve talked to the owner at least once and he was is generally a great guy just trying to keep his business going. Lately the building has been cleaner but still smells of sewage and the excessive out of order machines. It’s a great location and the best option around the area with the multiple RV parks."

"Horrible customer service. The women was rude. They need to put a sign that says where you want the powder in the washing machines. (Just the front washers state no powder) Or replace the machines period if the machines can't handle powder. Or stop being lazy and clean your machines. I bought a cup of detergent and was told rudely if I threw it in the trash. luckily I forgot about it and left it on top of the washer. If it needs to be returned there needs to be a sign stating to do so. I just paid a dollar for a cup. I figured I was to discard it after use. Or stop being cheap and buy reusable cups. She should have not yelled across the room to tell me anything. Get up and speak to the customers in a welcoming manner. I'm a first time customer and will not be returning."
