"CORRECTED POST - After speaking with the owners (Nathan & Amy) in regards to my uniform patches not being pressed in the center. My uniform patches were repessed and corrected by getting patches pressed in the center. I will be getting my uniforms pressed more often. THANK YOU.. Nathan & Amy for getting my uniforms corrected. OLD POST - I wished to whomever is doing the creasing/press machine they would pay attention to detail. I always request that the patches on my sleeves be pressed in the center of the patch. However they do not press in CENTER OF PATCHES. FRUSTRATING!!"

"They charged $150.00 to press only, 29 shirts. Several of the shirts were ruined and burned when I picked them up. I called to let the owner know how terrible they looked. And she was very defensive and not helpful at all. Some of the shirts had oily stains on them and the buttons were even burned on 2 of the shirts. NEVER NEVER NEVER.... have I had service like this. It was an absolute nightmare. I basically paid to have all of my husband's shirts ruined. Then had to pay to replace them. DO NOT USE COMET CLEANERS!!!!!!"

"The front staff is primarily high school aged kids. I recently experienced their ability to muck up a rush order. I dropped off my clothes at 5pm the day prior, and was handed a ticket before I asked for a rush to be placed on the items. After I told her I wanted them to be rushed, the young lady asked if it were possible in the back, then told me I was good to go. The next morning I found that there was no rush order placed on my pieces and they weren't close to being ready at the time I was given. I love to support local businesses, but not when their ineptitude costs me time."

"Overpriced for subprime service. Clothes didn't have a clean smell. My sports coats looked wrinkled still. I asked the attendant if they could tighten the buttons on my sports coats, which they said they would. When I took them home, I found that the buttons were just as loose as before. Nothing was done to them. No sense of customer service from the girl that took my clothes. This place is horrible and I wouldn't recommend to anyone..."
