"Truly awful service. The gave my clothes to another customer. Had to wait there for over an hour for the other person to bring my clothes back. My pants were brought back dirty and they still wanted to charge me for dirty pants and blamed it on the person they gave them to. I paid for my shirts and refused to pay for my pants. Straight up poor customer service, no wonder I don’t shop local because of stuff like this"

"Incredibly unhospitable staff. I arrived at 5:10 on 8/16/18. A young lady that has taken my clothes in before walks up to my car. I roll down the window and say "hello, how are you doing?" In a professional manner. She blurts, "29.95.", with a condescending facial expression. I give her my debit card in disbelief - I do not know this person, or never disrespected them an any way. I will reach out to the owner to let them know about this incident; I don't want this employee ruining another customer's experience with a dry cleaner business that actually cleans your clothes correctly."
