"My dog is a house dog, he never had fleas. I bought him to Dippin Dog Spa for a bath and hair trimming 2 years ago. I was not happy with the way his hair was cut. I didn't say anything about that. When I bought him home he was scratching like crazy. That evening he was so miserable from scratching he was crying. Next morning I called Dippity, I was not mad or blaming them, I asked for help. I spoke to a lady who offered a 1/2 price dipping of my dog in some chemicals. I called back and another lady said that she didn't offer that. She was rude to me. I had to take my dog to his Veterinarian. At a expansive cost. We never went back."
"They did a great job on our new rescue dog. She was very stinky with very very long nails and had never been groomed before. They were patient and caring with her and our dog smelled great! Very reasonably priced as well: $35 for bath, nail clip and grind, blow dry, and anal glands. Great place!"
"I have been going to the Doggie Spa since they opened up years ago. My 2 dogs love it there. The staff is very polite and patient when I ask questions. They always squeeze us in when I call, even if it's just the day before. I wouldn't trust my dogs at any other shop. The grooms are always done perfectly and my dogs smell great for weeks! I especially like how patient they are with my old man dog :)"
