"I tried to enter my cvs card # my phone number at a check out it wouldn't take it and I DO know my phone number. I didn't have time to track down a cashier because i was in a hurry and there was not one in the store in the front. So i couldnt use my extra buck on my card and didn't get a sale on one of my items!!!! Not happy customer at all"

"Went in for a 10 AM appointment for a COVID booster and flu shot, checked in when I got there at 9:45, and didn't get pulled back for the shots until after 10:15. I understand they're busy, but when people have appointments they should be put first. You're also massively understaffed....2 people working the pharmacy on a busy Saturday just isn't OK."
"Had a great experience in the pharmacy for my toddler’s flu shot. The pharmacist, Tim, was so helpful and great with a 3 year old. The pharmacy was busy, but no one working acted like they were flustered or too busy to acknowledge us as customers. I got my flu shot a few days ago at another major pharmacy and won’t be going there anymore. My experience at CVS restored my confidence in major chain pharmacies."
