"I told my doctor that calling hyvee pharmacy is a trigger for me. Unless you get Laura, Michelle, Lori, or Brian be ready to be treated like a loser. I'm on a medication I hate but I now have seizures without my meds twice now I had a seizure due to feeling to afraid to call and pickup my medicine. My wife has the same problem one woman in particular likes to hang up on her and give attitude. If the above four people ever leave so will we. Anxiety is hard enough don't need judgment. Try to hire welcoming people. There's good techs there but the bad one's outweigh the good. Make sure to ask the name of the person giving you attitude I guarantee it's the same woman. Trust me lady we hate calling there as much as you hate taking our calls"
