"Terrible and sad experience. Been using them for 5 years for boarding but NOT this year. Called to schedule my two dogs for a week boarding over 3 months ago. Thought that we were all set after calling the previous week to confirm. Got there on the day to board and shied away. Ultimately, the rude manager told me that my dogs were too large (one a beagle and other a puppy lab) and not even on the schedule. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. The manager was ignorant and snarky, while the workers were useless."
"We left our dog there for a week while we were on vacation. I called a couple times while we were away to check on our baby. Each time I called the people were kind and gave good information about her. When we picked her up, she was happy and seemed great. Becky was so pleasant and willing to talk about her, which made us feel very good. I would highly recommend Pampered Pets!"
"They have turned off review ability now on their facebook. So I will post here. My dogs have been going here for 12 years and have been told they are no longer boarding large dogs. My dogs have never caused a problem there. Unfortunately the new manager Becky has not run this place like before. Sad. My dogs were always so excited to go there. Should have known there was a significant problem when all the long term amazing employees left. Definitely disappointed!"
